First Day of Summer--Dinosaur Park

Well it is officially the first day of summer for the kids! I thought it would be fun to take them to the park with no time restrictions, no rushing, just all-out fun!! We went to the park behind the YMCA because some one had told us it was a really fun park! Well--it was having constuction done on it so it was not open! We decided to go to the Dinosaur Park. We love this park but don't go here often because it is so crowded usually. It has a duck pond area--we always forget to bring bread but lo and behold in Payton's carseat was a half a string cheese! It was from our drive to the park so it was still relatively soft--the ducks won't care right?

They have lots to do at the Dinosaur Park! They have several huge slides, many climbing things, duck pond, swings, dinosaur bone dig, and water features (we didn't come prepared to get wet this time--maybe next time!)

They loved watching this mama duck with her ducklings eat the string cheese they kept throwing to it. They were cute little ducklings!!
