Movie on the Square

Hanging out on the Square!

FMC is in charge of Movies on the Square this year so we thought we would go and check it out!  They have little performances of local groups before it gets dark.  So we had to 'suffer through' Canyon Dance Co. put on a show!  It was horrible!  I am SO glad we don't have the girls take dance there anymore!  And then--after sitting through that--they annoucned that the wind had kicked up too much and they would be unable to show the movie! 

The screen is mounted on the side of the building and I guess it started blowing the screen too much!  Anyway--what a waste!  We had packed up some blankets and chairs and snacks and stopped for pizza on the way!  We even had Paige and Megan come with us!

Last Day of School!

Well--it was hard to say goodbye to Elementary school for Madison! Here is her cute friend, Allie, who will end up going to a different middle school! I don't agree with the school system here--don't even get me started! We even tried to get a variance so Madison could go to the other middle school but they said no! They will, however, end up going to the same high school!


Taylor had an awesome teacher this year! Taylor has improved so much and we will miss Mrs. Conroy! On to 4th grade--I still can't believe it!!


After school we had a pool party! The weather didn't agree with us too much--it was windy, then calm, then overcast, then windy again, then sunny, then overcast...

It was still fun! We ate a bunch of junk food--except for the yummy watermelon Lindsy brought! We had to rescue Lindy's two kids at different times but it's all good! I don't usually get in the pool but a rescue doesn't give you an option! :)

I still haven't gotten the picture loading part down yet--I meant to put 2 pictures next to each other but I guess I did it wrong. Here is Kerby with Emerie and then Me with Emerie. I guess I should have asked someone to take our picture all together!?

Here is the Mom's picture! All our girls are such good friends and we all live close and meet at the bus stop everyday!! What a fun group!
Here is Paige, Cierra, Lisa and Emerie. They did such a great program today! Lisa's mom though ahead and made all the candy necklaces for all the girls! So sweet!
