Taylor won Carol's contest!

Taylor was so excited when she found out she won Carol's contest! She kept asking me everyday when she came home from school if her box came! Well--it came today and she was so excited! It is such a cute little blanket and really soft!! Thanks Carol!! She loves it!! :)

My aunt, Carol, is so sweet!! These are the cards she sent my girls! They are beautiful! Even my friend, who is really creative, said "These are great! Where did she get this great paper?" My girls love getting mail and they were so excited to get these!! I love the stamped metal on Taylor's and Madison's and Emerie's had a cute charm that she already took off and put on a necklace! Payton was so excited and yet I am still not sure she knew what it was! ;)

My aunt has been sending very creative cards to my kids for years and now I have a place to show them off!! Thanks Carol!! We love you!! :)

Payton's Birthday Party!

What a fun day! I am so glad we decided to have a little get together! And Payton was in a real good mood! Thanks probably to her 4 hour nap! She was all smiles and giggles and energy!

She loves to help mommy and sit on the counter--Kerby hates it but it stops her whining! We had hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and dip, watermelon, strawberries, canteloupe, and all the fixin's!!

She had such a fun time opening presents! I don't think she really got the jist of the present idea till this year! She loved it! It was cute--she would go show Ron each present after she opened it!













Maddie wanted to light the candles so we let her but I guess we should have told her how to hold the match! She held it downward to light the candles and burned her fingers (not real bad--no blisters or ER! Just some "OUCH" and "oh that hurt!!") So Ron did the honors and lit the candles!



Watching her try to blow out the candles was so cute! So here is the movie of it!
