Twilight is finally here on DVD!

Yes I went out (actually RAN if I am being truthful) and bought my copy! Yes, I went to Target because, of course, it had the THREE disc DVD edition!! We have watched it several times, much to the dismay of my husband (who--still can't see 'what the big deal is?')

The movie wasn't that great but the books were wonderful and I still keep hoping I will get the same feelings from the movie that I got reading the books!! I know the movie was cheesy but I could still watch it over and over again--like I have read the books over and over again!!

We are loving the soundtrack too! At first I really didn't like it but now I love it and have it in my car!

We printed the sheet music for Bella's Lullaby and Maddie has been practicing (and maybe I have been too!) I wish I could play it as well as Rob does in the movie! He is an amazing piano player!

He still sure is dreamy! ;)

Photo Shoot with Wendy Shepherd

The only two Wendy's I know BOTH are amazing photographers!! In Utah I have Wende Moore and here in Flagstaff I have Wendy Shepherd--who incidentally had one of her last photo shoots here in Flagstaff with us! She is moving to Queen Creek (just outside Phoenix)! We are so sad to see her and her cute family move away!! Now I don't have either Wendy close by!!

The photo shoot was so fun and the weather that day was amazing!! There are so many fun vintage spots in downtown Flagstaff!!

My First Commercial Vinyl Job!

This is the biggest sign job I have ever done! It ended up to be about 12+ feet long. I had to slice it up between the three windows and keep it all level and it was a big job! Kerby helped me so it didn't end up as hard and I had originally thought! It is a cafe here at the Flagstaff Airport. I did one facing in to the cafe and then one that faces the street so it had to be done backwards.

Payton has a friend over--Sean!

Elisa had to get some time in observing for her Dental Hygienist school so I watched Sean for several hours. They usually don't get along but today they played really well! They even set-up their own 'band'! ;)

Payton has to wear one of the outfits Grandma sent everyday--today is the Easter one!!

I know the video is sideways (sorry--I don't know how to fixit?!) but it was sure cute!!

Science Fair 2009

**Maddie and Taylor each took 2nd place!!

All kids in grades 4-6 were required to do a science project for the Science Fair. As Madison pointed out this morning--we always do things at the last minute! Last night we were frantically finishing their projects!! They turned out really cute! It comes in real handy that mom can print out lettering in any color and size!! ;)

Taylor won Carol's contest!

Taylor was so excited when she found out she won Carol's contest! She kept asking me everyday when she came home from school if her box came! Well--it came today and she was so excited! It is such a cute little blanket and really soft!! Thanks Carol!! She loves it!! :)

Grandma makes St. Patrick's Day Skirts!! (& Easter too!!)

My mom astounds me! She is so talented! She sews amazingly well! These skirts and shirts showed up in the mail and the kids were so excited! They ran inside and began undressing from their school outfits so they could put them on! I had to bribe Payton to take hers off at night to put on her pjs by telling her she could wear it the next day! So for the last two days she has been my little leprechaun! ;)

Everyone commented on Payton in her green skirt everywhere we went! --Target, my girlfriends baby shower, Sam's Club... :)
