El Matador is our favorite restaurant to go to when we visit Utah!! Though none of my family actually lives in Davis County anymore! We know all the waitresses and the cook even comes out sometimes to say 'Hi'!! We love it so much we end up walking out with 4 bottles of their salsa! We munched on those the next several days with cheese and chips!! YUM!!
