Get ready!! This one is FILLED with pictures!! Since we only get to go to Lagoon once a year now it is a little more exciting!! We took pictures of everything!! This one is a long read!!--sorry!! ;)
Well, typically Lagoon is very slow on the 4th of July so we decided it would be a good day to go! Also--since Kerby flies back to Vegas on Monday, he would be able to go with us!

The Sky Ride is always a fun escape! A little time to rest your feet!!

Jake was so cute to say 'yes' when Emerie asked him the ride the Dragonfly with her in Kiddie Land!! Thanks Jake! You're a sweetie!! :)

We didn't do Lagoon-A-Beach just the rides.
Grandma and Grandpa kept the two 2-year olds so it was even better! Thanks guys!! We love you for helping us out!! :)

Emerie was a bit of a scaredy-cat and wouldn't ride some rides she was actually tall enough for! With some coaxing we got her on a few other than the Kiddie Land rides. Here is the Wild Mouse--one the Emerie is tall enough for but refused to ride!

The new ride, the OdySea, wasn't really that great! Picture the Dumbo ride at Disneyland but with fishes and sharks! But the kids loved it!!

Log Flume--Emerie actually relented and went on this! She liked it! We didn't get too soaked!
It was definitely a fun day with my sister!! :)
The babies were doing great with the grandparents so we decided to stay for the fireworks!! They put on a great show but we didn't want to get stuck in the traffic at the end (it is horrendous!!) so we watched them as we walked to the car and drove the car to the end of the row and as soon as it was over we jetted out of there--fast!!
The kids were beat!

I love all the pictures. Looks like everyone had a lot of fun. Made me remember back to all the memories we had going there as kids. I loved living near there and hanging out with Jake around Lagoon. (He really is good "kid")
lagoon! fun times- it was so hot that day, but compared to Las VEgas I guess it probably wasn't too bad for you guys. So glad you are getting some time with family this summer-
ps. shh- Chloe won't go on any rides either she wouldn't even go to dare lagoon day knowing her friends would try to talk her into going on a ride.
I love the pictures, especially the last one of Madison and Mekall! They look so cute. Jake looked cute, too, with his long legs hanging down on the kiddie ride. What a cutie you are, Jake! My kids all have some really fun memories of hanging out at Lagoon with their cousins. One year, Ron and Mark had the most fun on Gay Day at Lagoon. Linda and I had to stop them from holding hands. Wish we could have been there with you guys.
It looks like you guys had lots of fun! I wish we could have gone too, but it was still fun to visit with you guys on Saturday! Oh, and it's always great to see so many pictures!
Seeing your pictures has made me miss Utah even more. That's great that you were able to spend the day doing things rather then sit on the sidelines with the 2 year olds...the joy's of having family close. I didn't know that the 4th is a good day to go to Lagoon, I will have to keep that in mind for the future. Looks like you had a great time!!
I am so glad Maddy finally got to go to Lagoon. She has been talking about it for so long. Hope you are having a fun trip and cant wait to go to the gym when you get back. I need to do damage control of the junk food I ate:)
how fun! and how far is it from you? did i read it's in utah? sounds familiar, but maybe i'm thinking of 49 street gallery. that's so neat that you got to go with your sister. (did i just say 'neat'?)

It looks like you guys had a great time! Another great day to go (or should I give away my secret) is Sunday. OK we are Heathen's but Fred had a work party that day and we basically walked onto all of the rides. We had a mullet and white tank top counting contest that day. I think that's when all of the other Heathen's go so they don't have to deal with all of those silly Mormon's. I hope you guys are enjoying Utah!
Would your believe we live right by Lagoon and have not been in years. It's always like that . . . isn't it. Your girls are so beautiful and I love the photos of you and your sister. You look like you could be teenagers!
We've been trying to make it to Lagoon for the longest time and haven't. But you've revived my efforts. What great memories you're making with your kids!
