Ever since I moved from Centerville, when I visit Utah my friends and I meet at the Happy Sumo for lunch during my stay! I LOVE it!! I have such good friends and I am so glad that we have kept in touch! We are all bloggers--Heidi is still a beginner but I'm working on her--and it has been the best way to keep up on each other!! I haven't found as yummy a place for tempura veggies and teriyaki chicken as I get here! Believe me--I have tried!! I tried a few places in Tucson--no luck! I haven't found one here in Vegas yet either! I guess I will just have to relish in my few but worth it trips to the Happy Sumo!!
What a fun night with Heidi's friends! Despite the fact that Chili's discontinued their lettuce wraps--YES, they actually did!! We were bummed but ended up ordering some yummy food anyway! And the conversation--FUN!! Thanks Heidi for letting me join you and your friends!! :)
